No Heater Fan

No Heater Fan
Sorry, this isn't a blazer related issue but everyone on here is awesome and always has help to offer. I have a bobcat with dual heaters (one on each side of you) each with its own blower fan and heat exchanger. It's been pretty run down in the past as the previous company didn't take care of it at all. When I first started working on it I started by removing the whole system which was pretty intesive as oil lines run from the radiator to the main control unit, then to the left side heater, then underneath the cab to the right side heater (it uses the diesel oil to supply the heat exchangers and doesn't actually use coolant at all). I cleaned off the heat exchangers, cleaned the fan blades and replaced both motors, then replaced the resistors and relay along with the control switch but I still have no power to either blower. The heat exchangers work perfectly but without any air movement past them it has made for a very cold winter so far.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my heat back?
Or does anyone know the best way to check for a broken wire somewhere possibly running along the engine?
... and yes the fuses are fine
Thanks everyone
