6 Attachment(s)
Well it's a week after my wife's surgery and we finally got to pull the giant wrap the surgeon put on her leg/foot! She has some nerves cut/diffused from the bones and had some bone "restructuring" done in her heel. Since I like to share pics here you go (I hope these are ok to post if not I understand)
Outside of the leg just below the knee. https://blazerforum.com/forum/attach...ine=1360986491 Outside of the leg just above the ankle. https://blazerforum.com/forum/attach...ine=1360986491 And the last one is inside the ankle/heel. https://blazerforum.com/forum/attach...ine=1360986491 |
Ouch the Surgery I had on my need looked like that. After a few years you cant even see I got operated there. Hope she does not have any major scars. I doubt it.
best wishes to her . |
Yeah she bound to have scars she scars from a paper cut lol!! I don't know if its cause she's a red head or what but she heals like crap:(

My stitches looked just like that and I dont even have a scar. Only time will tell :D

what the heck was the problem to start with ??
Thats going to take some time to heal with three access points I got a "collar of shame" from the pup if she starts licking LOL |
She kicked the center counsel in the boat a couple years ago and fractured her foot but was never treated which ended up causing a good bit of nerve damage which lead to her developing RSD (reflex something something) lol. Which is basically like a misfire of the nerves. That lead to a serious of spinal injections of nerve blockers to attempt to get the nerves to "reset" themselves (like clearing out all the DTCs in a vehicle). This worked for awhile but the problem returned about 6-8 months ago and after seeing 6-8 specialists in all different fields she finally found a plastic surgeon at Georgetown hospital in Washington dc that specializes in nerve management and he offered to do the surgery. So after meeting with him she scheduled the surgery and this is where we are at as of now. She can't put any weight on it for 3 weeks and they expect crutches for a min of 6-8 weeks. I just hope she gets relief from the constant pain she was in so all of this was worth it for her!
And it's hilarious you said she could borrow a collar cause our security guards stopped by last night to check on her and she was itching it and they said the exact same thing lol!! |
Well i hope she heals up well. If i posted pics of my wife i would be the one with scars
:( |
