Well rexmburns...I am waiting to see the valentines day dinner special..........

Sorry to disappoint but nothing super special last night:( I made a bourbon pork loin roast with some mashed taters and mixed veggies.

Did some bbq chicken thighs on the grill with some rice and steamed green beans tonight

Sautee'd in the InstantPot for a for about 5-7 minute then added in some additional ingredients before closing the lid and letting the pressure do its thing for 25 minutes.

Middle eastern spiced chicken and squash. Made some basmati rice with cardamom and lime plus a yogurt - avocado sauce to go with.

Looks perfect! My BBQ sauce is mixing sweet baby ray's and open pit. It's quick and adjustable.
