rear diff. drain plug
I have a 2000 chevy blazer with a 4.3 v6 4x4 and i am not seeing the rear diff. plug and would like to change the fluid. anybody have an idea of were it might be

You have to remove the diff cover to remove the oil or at least loosen the bolts & gently pry the bottom of the cover open. They didn't come with a stock drain plug. I'd remove it & have a gasket ready just because it's a good opportunity to inspect the gears etc.
Ummm how could you post this & still have 0 posts? |
Yup have to pull the cover off to drain the oil out.

Make sure you can get the fill plug out before re-installing the cover. That almost bit me in the ass :S
