Its a good thing you posted here...I'm actually a rich commercial developer looking for a talented builder to contract, but I only do business through an out of production mid-size SUV internet forum. Do you have any references I can check?

if you haven't checked lately, our economy sucks. and real estate has dropped most places in the US in the last few years.
