Hello again to those that may remember me I been MIA since mid last summer, bought a house which has consumed WAY more time than I thought it would at first but whatever, it was a good price so gotta expect some issues, paid it off last month and finally finding time to get back to relaxing with my precious truck so figured first things first get caught up with unread stuff here.

Now if the name looks familiar but your not quite sure maybe this will help lol last I knew it was the only one quite like it on here although I may not have her much longer a neighbor has made an offer I am finding very hard to say no to even after all the work with cancer removal, lift and paint.

House is good got a deal we couldn't say no to, paid $6900 and all we had to do to move in was rip carpet out one bedroom and paint it and do some cleaning, best of all i got an insulated 2 car garage...no heat yet but i will be fixing that this summer so it's ready for next winter

wow 6900.00, you are lucky. lol.. I'll have mine paid off in 30 yrs. lol
