Default Reverse Brake Bleeding Tool?

Hi all,

I like to think I'm pretty up on the tools we might use for working on our vehicles but I never knew about the Reverse Bleeding Tools. Have any of you used these on your Blazers? Are they worth it?

I haven't used that one specifically, but I have used various vacuum and pressure bleeders. The one that works best for me is the same fluid evacuator I use for oil changes, etc. I just put a small tube on it with a short length of hose on the break bleeder.

Not me. I'd recommend one of two different options. Either a MightyVac or something similar to this https://www.autozone.com/test-scan-a...ke+bleeder+kit. The MightyVac has other uses, like testing your vacuum system.

So the thing that is new to me is that these "reverse brake bleeders" push new fluid in at the caliper towards the master cylinder!

Yeah, I never heard of that before, then you'll need to get the fluid out of the master cylinder as you push it up there. It sounds to me like one of those solutions that we don't have a problem for.
