RTV in hair

Title, I've had this horrible knot at the base of my skull and i finally got a good enough look at it to figure out there was a massive chunk of RTV all in there, still not sure how to fix it lol. Anyone else managed to do something stupid like this while working on their rigs?

uh-hu :icon_lolsign:

hmm - what could we give for advice:

wait until it has grown out with your hair...

check if vinegar dissolves the RTV - if it is mainly silicone it may and vinegar might not damage your hair...

with some help someone pulls one hair after the other out of the RTV with tweezers...

put some more RTV beads in and start a new hair-trend...

Bite the bullet and cut it out, just hope for something to grow back better than what you cut out.

This may sound a bit sarcastic but it is the best thing to do. RTV is made to stand up to a number of different chemical make ups.

I've managed to super glue fingers together before lol, but that's about it

Tie one end of a piece of strong string to the RTV knot in your hair. Tie the other end to the doorknob on an open door...
