Default Sooo do you camp?

Wife thinks she would like to take up camping
I would like to stay away from tent trailers if possible ,plain old tents are out of the question LOL
Just curious what my 05 base 4X4 is capable of towing
I would have to tow in about 200 miles each way and just the 2 of us and the pup

Check out the R-pod trailers. My buddy has one and towed it with his blazer no problem.

Get a utility trailer and mount a truck camper in it.

I`m a whitewater kayaker and a lot of places we go there`s no campsite. I`ve slept in walmart parking lots.

I'm like newguy. I also whitewater kayak and just sleep in the back of my 4dr with an air mattress, but it doesn't work well with the wife and stuff. Honestly a popup would be a good choice. They are light, compact and can be had pretty cheap. Even though our blazers can tow bigger, if your gonna be towing it a lot I would stick with something light weight.
