2001 2wd

Wanting to lower my blazer as far as I can go without C-notches. I've read that for the rear to do 4" angled drop blocks. My questions are these: What angle will I need for the drop blocks? And what size drop springs do I need for the front to keep it level? Currently on stock swirlies with 235/75/15's. I plan on air shocks in the rear and most likely drop shocks for the front. Thanks in advance.

Or if 3" blocks would be better what angle on those?

I would say that 3 in would better. Any more and re arched springs and drastically cut bump stops are in order. Either way turn your brake banjo around not to foul on rearby parts. The way to tell what wedge you need is to make the trans output shaft equal to your pinion angle or maybe the pinion 1 degree down.
Good luck, and pictures are mandatory.
