I did a 3in blocks in the back and droped the front with the torsion bars, Gotta love 4x4's they make it so easy. Putt some 245/35/20's on limited rims on there, only bad thing about big rims is they will let you know if you have something loose in the front lol, Other than that I love it

No, well, yeah kinda..... What I did was I run the bolt out all the way then, screwed it back in by hand until I couldn't turn it anymore then stuck the 18mm socket on a ratchet and turned it about a 1/8 of a turn so that it wont fall out on it own lol
So basically its in there by a thread or two haha!!

Looks good, now paint your tow hooks! lmao. I like the black with a bit of chrome, it's tasteful.

TommySkillz 03-25-2010 12:08 AM

haha I need too!!!! and the frame

Looks pretty good. How's it ridin'? I know those rubber bands make it a lil rough but how you liking the feel? Front end kinda bouncy?

You need some new tires, bro! Slicks are for Nascar, not street cars.
That looks good. I'm planning on a 3 inch drop with twenties, so that gives me an idea of how it'll look.

not really bouncy, more like a float in the front end on bad streets. if a street is rounded and not level, the front will want to float to the right or left, but thats a small price to pay to look good!

hey I would love to jump up to a 45 but I kinda like how it looks with the low pro's, plus people always compliment how good it looks

ImScrewed92 04-19-2010 11:17 AM

Yeah I actually did the same thing to mine when I got it. But my bars were worn and could only get about 1.5-2 inch drop out of it. And it would do like you said, kinda wonder. But it pulling left and right when the roads uneven is because of the wide rim and tires. Wait till you get on a old road with slight grooves in the asphalt:). But glad it's riding good. It does look good.

About the only chrome I see is the grill and rims. You gonna add anymore or just leave as is? I know some people are into that.
