to lower the front all you have to do is back out the tbar bolts and then add lowering blocks to the rear.

i know im gonna sound really dumb saying this but exacly how do i back out the tbar and how do i add the lowering blocks or would it be easier to buy a kit

a kit for a 4x4 is waste of money IMO. to back the bolts out just look up the torsion bar crank in the DIY section and just turn your bolts the opposite way and the blocks are fairly easy to install.

the blocks go between the axle and the leaf springs... fairly straight forward. I've considered doing the same thing, but the clearance is nice when I get boxed into parking lots and the couple of times I go off-road.

ok so i have to back out the bolt on the tbar and then i put the blocks between the leaf springs and the axle now i have to more qustions the truck should be rasied up first right instead of it being on the ground and the second is should i get new shocks after this is done.

It's recommended you get shocks, and an alignment for that matter, but the shocks aren't necessary, just a good idea. (Don't ask me why) You'll probably have to trim your bump stops too.

and when i do it should it be on jack stands or should it be on the ground or in the air on a lift ??

i would put the blazer on jack stands. if you look through the How to on the tbar crank itll tell you exactly what to do, but youll just have to turn your tbar bolts the opposite way(back them out) to lower the front.
