Static drop

I'm toying with the idea of doing a static drop on my '89 2wd blzr. Was wondering if anyone out there knows of where I could find a 4/5 kit on the cheap?:icon_shrug:

Thats an aggressive drop for the blazer which will require a c-notch in the rear if you want to go that low you might as well bag it. First what size wheel and tire combo are you running? If its a 20 inch wheel or less with a low pro tire I would just suggest doing a 4 inch tapered drop block in the rear with a lowering spring/drop spindle front with drop shocks at all 4 corners for the ride quality to be good and stable. For the stuff to do it, the drop block your going to want to use is going to be at a 4x4 offroad store make sure its a tapered drop block for pinion angle. They will also have the u-bolts to use as well. For the springs and spindles go onto airbagit.com and get there number and call them spindles are like 110 for the pair and springs aren't that expensive and they will also have your shocks. Hope this helps with your search for parts and what would work best .
