hey i lowered my blazer with the torsion keys. what are the risks with doing this? how low can i go with doing this?

Get an alignment as soon as you can. The torsion bar adjusters are there precisely for that purpose, to adjust (raise or lower) ride height. When lifting, the angle of the CV joints is increased which generate more friction. Friction = heat, and heat = wasted power. When lowering, the CV axles actually line up straighter which reduces friction and wear.

Make sure the rubber boots around the CV joints are seated properly. Changing the position of the joints can cause the rubber boots to leak grease.

There should be no long-term effects from lowering like you did. Also, there really is no other (easily reversible) way to lower a 4x4 s-truck.

Again, get an alignment. If you leave it as is, the outer edges of your front tires could wear out much quicker than usual
