i painted it with duplicolor paint from oreillys. i used the primer, base, and clear.. laid the clear heavy. but first i sanded it smooth with 280 and worked my way up to 600. then after primer i wet sanded it with 2000, then i used the black base, then wet sanded it, then i cleared it and wet sanded it

For the blue gauge back-lighting it was easy to change for me, don't know if the cluster backlighting was the same on the '00 though, go to youtube and search for "Blazer Dash how-to" and you should find my video... I think lol, it's an instructional on how to remove dismantle the dash on the Blazer and change the lights.
