its a stock drivetrain, 4.3 vortec and 4l60e transmission. i just put on a np208 off a k5 blazer using the 700r4 adapter. it basically bolts right on. had to cut a hole in the floor for the shifter and thats about it. i was into fullsized blazers for a while so had tons of stuff laying around. i pretty much built this truck with parts around the garage
