I am having the same issues with my 2001 Blazer that you did with yours...brake lights stay on, left blinker blinks rapidly and right blinker is stuck. I was told it was the flasher unit...I replaced that and it did nothing. I was told I just needed new bulds...I replaced those and it did nothing. I was wondering what was the final diagnosis of your situation? I am taking it to mechanic today and was just curious as to what you came up with and what it was exactly that you did that resolved the issue.
