ok so here it goes my blazer has not been wanting to start when the engine is cold again so I was thinking fuel pump again but heres the issue. My battery says its good even with a load on it but still wont start BUT if i put on jumper cables anyway it will start on the first or second try and I noticed my starter doesnt seem to be engaging only for a couple seconds then it just whines could this whole issue be related to the starter even though until today has been turning over for however long i choose.
