Thanks Gio., we are currently in a rental house until ours is fixed. Our private adjuster has so far gotten 1 estimate on the damage to the structure and it is topping out at just over $200,000. This does not include the fence, my BBQ or any of the interior content ( tv's, furniture, clothes, kids toys and all the other stuff that you have). thank god non of my die cast car collection was effected by the water damage. I will update as soon as I hear more.
