1998 blazer 4dr Ls 4wd
Hey guys, I own a blazer as stated above and I know the rear wheels ride farther under the fender then the front. What do I have to do to equal out the difference and to make it more flush with the fender?

You can add spacers between the wheel and axle. I added 1.25" ones. The track width on the 2nd gen, 4wd, 4dr Blazers is 57.2" front and 55.1" in the rear.
People will say that it is actually a good thing to have the rear track with a bit narrower than the front so that the tracking of the vehicle is good. Since I already added spacers to mine I'll be keeping them. I thought I had done lots of research on them but then I learned it was not necessarily a beneficial thing to do. If you do get spacers, get the hub-centric ones and install the properly with a torque wrench. |
