2001 s10 4x4 rough idle when ac is on
 

my truck runs good , until i turn ac on . not a constant misfire . but a little misfire , mostly acclerating or going up incline . someone told me i need to clean the thrasher around the throttle body. what is this , and how do i do it ? thanks
