Just purchased this yesterday...never owned a blazer, or even a chevy for that matter lol
1993 with 150K miles. Only issue was i need to replace a brake line. got it for 900$

 

Hello from Alabama. $900 aint bad for that year with that many miles. I believe you will like the blazer. People under estimate them badly. The V-6 engines are fairly strong. It's basically a 350 V-8 minus 2 cylinders and different oil pump. But just make sure to look over it well. Make sure there is no antifreeze leak, suspension is good as well as brakes (pads and/or shoes). Check the hoses and belt.
I always do a tune up on a vehicle that I purchase and change the oil. You don't have to but that's just me.

 

Most likely is a V8, being it's a full-size 1500. Seems like a decent price.
