Good morning from NYC
Hey everyone. New to just about everything here lol. Always liked getting my hands dirty but never really had the time or money for my own project car. As the username implies I ended up in the military a year after high school. That year gap consisted of me learning how reupholster seats for my dads 65 mustang (had me playing with foam and burlap for a hour or so for a few days lol). Never dove in though. Fast forward to today. 2 years out of the military enjoying a ups job and going Through an endless amount of horrible luck with the wifey (car totaled not at fault all while already out on workers comp) only to be gifted a 98 blazer 4x4 lt trim. I plan on keeping this as my forever daily car bc Of the story it has behind it in terms of how I ended up owning it. Blazer has 214k miles on it and as far as I have been informed everything under the hood has been replaced aside from engine and Tranny itself. This is definitely a long Journey for me and I’m pretty excited/glad I found this forum.
