The rust isn't terrible in my non-professional opinion. The truck does have leaky remote oil filter lines (very common in these trucks), and appears to be missing the front skid plate. Neither of those are major issues, but if you do decide to go ahead with the purchase I'd get a mechanic to inspect it to check for any other problems.
