Also..that orange plug coming out of the grille...I'm guessing block heater? But I dunno though cause down here in NC I've never seen a block heater before..

The block heater is on the drivers side so what I did was run the cord down along the frame and then out of the tow hook hole , when not in use I tuck it in the frame by the hook and you can't even see it ..
( just an idea )

 

goodidea...it was run like that from the dealership, so i'll have to find a warm day to cut off the zipties and re-run the cords, or maybe just a warm garage....
