Blazer Forum - Chevy Blazer Forums - hi ya'll new guy from Whidbey Island, WA

hey ya'll my name is Ty. I am from this island in washington state smack dab between seattle and canada :P i have a 1985 blazer with the 6.2L diesel. Right now it is pretty stock. 700R4 tranny, 208 T-case, its black w/ black top. pretty beat up and gnarly lookin but she is a mpg phenom. had a local diesel nut help me tune it up and i have gotten over 30 mpg on longer trips. the only thing i have done to it is put a set of 33X12.5 open tread semi aggressive tires on her. eventually i will have 4" lift and 35"-36". i am also in the works of 8-point roll cage and custom soft top so i can run the top off for the few days a year we have nice weather. look forward to talking with ya'll and maybe doin some 4x4 with some of the local blazer nuts in the area. :-) talk at ya'll laters
