Cruise switch is on turn signal wiper multi switch. You can add one but it’s not just straight forward plug and play. I do believe the body control module computer (BCM) has to have the information telling system you have cruise. There is a brake switch which is inline with the system and then the actual cruise module under hood.

Upper right corner cruise module.

My habit, use marking paint pen to note everything under hood, easy to find when I need the info.

Ohhh that looks pretty involved. The pcm, abs, and basically everything else is different as well so I'm betting it doesn't have it

A quick google check says RPO code for 95 Jimmy cruise option is 5K3. Look in glovebox for the RPO sticker. If you see 5K3 it has cruise.

On Friday I got my package from rockauto which meant this weekend I tore into the Jimmy.
Saturday I was able to get more of the top to the intake plenum off the truck. Also started with all the electronic connections, hoses, as well as the alternator but I didn't need to touch my AC.

On Sunday, the intake manifold was off to see a bunch of not nice things.
There were 2 puddles of coolant which I can't assume to be good. As well as major damage at every water passage. Gonna spend some time cleaning them up now.
I also will replace the valve cover gaskets.

Yuck!
Cam looks alright for 255000 km lol
Anything to do look at "while I'm in here?"
