Default Need help on choosing the right blazer!!!

Alright, I need help on choosing the right blazer for me. I'm planning on offroading alot but I also want it to be a chill crusing vehicle me and my buddies can relax in with a great sound system and 15' Kicker L7 in the back. I hear the zr2s are the way to go if you want offroading but they only have 2doors. I really love the convenience of a 4 door but i dont want to spend too much on making a 4 door blazer capable of offroading like a zr2. Can anyone tell me experiences with their zr2s or 4 door blazers and the pros and cons? Like how a 4 door blazer handles off roading and the expense of making it a great offroading vehicle? Or if the zr2 with the 2 door is comfortable for passengers? This will be my second vehicle and I really want to make sure I make the right decision. Also I want a fully loaded blazer with leather interior and sunroof. Do zr2s come with leather interiors?

Thanks,
Ted

Welcome to the forum from New Zealand.
For a cruze mobile and 4x4 off road fun the 4doors are great.

ZR2's did not come with leather interiors. Sounds like a 4 door would be better for what you are looking for. I've got a ZR2 and have been told the back seats are somewhat comfortable. I've never sat in them so can't really say. It is a major PITA to get in the back of even a slightly lifted ZR2, though.

Oh, and I'd much rather go "cruising" in our Monte Carlo rather than the Blazer.

Okay so the 4door can offroad just as well as a 2door?
