Hey there.

Im Mike and I live in Starkville, MS.

In a couple of weeks, I will be the owner of a 1992 K1500 Blazer. The truck runs, but its got issues.

To but it lightly, this truck has been rode hard and put up wet. Needless to say, its gonna need a lot of work to get her back to her prime.

Heres a list of things I know I need to fix:

New ball joints, idler and pitman arms
replacement seats and belts
adjust engine timing
repair/replace transfer case
replace CV axles and boot in 4WD
repair/replace instrument panel

Some people wonder why Im getting a vehicle like this. Theres three reasons

Its free
Its a bigger vehicle
Im tired of running into electrical failures that leave me stranded on the side of the road.

It was last driven by a woman in her mid-20s. She pretty much abused this truck from day one, but its still tickin'. Im hoping that with a little love, blood, sweat and tears, I can make her purr like a kitten instead of hacking like a chain smoker.
