I recently wrecked my 2003 s10 pickup LS. So I bought a 1998 blazer 4x4 LT. Despite it being older it is way nicer and has fewer miles. I thought I’d join the forum just to see what my fellow blazer owners are up to. Loving the blazer life so far but ol sally has some issues to work through.

My plan is to keep cleaning it up and fixing the small things that’s wrong with it. The only major issues are the radio and front end so those are the next on the list. I think keeping it stick with a few modifications is the route I wanna go though. Maybe a small lift (even though I’ve heard lifting blazers is very difficult). Window tint is definitely happening soon.

I did a 2.5 rough country lift over the weekend by myself and hand tools lol. I've come a long way with my blazer. I got more sweat and blood in my blazer then I'd like to admit lol

Was it difficult? I’ve been warned by a couple people that it’s very difficult. Any tips?

Wasnt difficult at all... get a couple of cans of penetrating oil and soak the bolt a couple of times the day before you start. Shackle bolts where my biggest problem, and when you have to trim the diff housing, make sure you use the guide lol. I didnt trim enough off and now my tie rod runs it. I'd you take a look at my build thread, itll give you and idea of the work.
