Default New in california with 89 blazer

Hi, all..

I'm brand new to the Forum and have a 1989 Blazer (one owner - me) that needs a new home even though I adore it. Would love to connect with folks here in L.A. (or anywhere) who could be interested in restoring my old buddy. I can't take on the project but want my old friend to have a new lease on life. Glad to send pix and details if needed.

Any ideas out there? Thanks!

I've included a photo of my 89 Blazer that needs a new owner to restore it - could everyone help me out by having a look and spreading the word that it is available in the Los Angeles area and needs a home ASAP?

Have you tried listing it on sights such as craigs list or anything?
Also some more information might help you with trying to sell it.

I will try craigslist but I really don't want to be contacted by parts guys or junkers, so I am trying here to find someone who really wants to fix it up and use it.
What information would help? Glad to post whatever would be useful, but I'm not a car expert. Ideas? Thanks!

What other information would help? Automatic transmission, 6 cyl., new battery, recently replaced rear window glass. Ceiling fabric sagging, A/C & fan not working, some electrical issues (turn signals, backup lights). Radio /tape deck works.

What else? Thanks!
