Just bought my first Blazer a few weeks ago and love it. After throwing a ton of money repairing my frontier I decided it was time to buy something else. Being an avid whitewater kayaker the blazer fit the bill. I picked up a 2002 4dr 4x4. I needed something that could carry a bunch of people and the 4x4 was a plus for some of the roads I have to deal with setting shuttle. Not planning on doing a ton to it, but have a few plans. I've already put a new head unit in it (cd player wasn't working on the stock one). I'm also picking up a yakima rack with 6 ft bars from a friend next week so I can carry 50 kayaks on it LOL.

Here is a pic I grabbed today on the way to the river. Got the Rack installed now! Went with 4 foot bars instead of the six foot. It has the clip towers that mount to the door frame in front and the bar clamps on the stock rack in back. This centers the boats over the truck better so the rear window doesn't hit the boats, etc. Now I just need to get the spoiler on the front bar.
