New old blazer woner
 
as the title says im new here, old and an old blazer owner who has bought an old blazer and used to own one 25 years ago, confusing? thought so lol. tried a diff forum but they couldnt figure out how to answer a simple question. Hopefully yall are a better group.
SO, I just bought a 72 with an LS swap with a 4l60e tranny, runs a bit harsh, shifts hard, got it home and it died grrrrr.
anyway glad to be on a forum where i can ask questions and not be ignored lol. got LOTS of questions.

Glad to have you aboard. I'm also old, and my first "car" was a '71 K10. That's still my favorite body style ever. Yours sounds nice. Can't wait to see pictures of it.

There are good people here. We may not know all the answers, but we won't ignore you.

Glad 2 have you with us :) Like Tom A said, we might not know exactly every fix for every issue, but by gosh we all keep swinging at it until someone comes 2 the rescue LOL...

Welcome! I'm just a young pup in my mid 50's but I do have a '72 Chevy K20 that is a project yet to be started on. I do have a '99 Silverado parts truck that will one day give up it's 5.3 into my Blazer.

And, no, you won't be ignored even if we don't have the answers to you questions.

Post a picture of your Blazer. I've got a '71 K5 with a 454 TH400. I'm picking up a '89 K5 next week with only 53k miles. I'm excited!

woops, i just introduced myself again lol. guess being 55 is catching up ;-). here is a pic of my new/old ride, needs just a scoash of body work lol so it has a 4L80e tranny, NP 205 T case, 12 bolt rear end (dont know ratios yet)
