Hi all new owner to be of a 87 s10 4x4 blazer. Just bought it.

I am planning to remove the stock v6 2.8 I think. would like to upgrade to the 4.3 vortec. I will have lots of questions.

Welcome from Florida! Good call on the engine swap! The 2.6 just doesn't have the power. Good motor though.
