new from upper michigan.
Hello. I am comeing from subarus to blazers because i need the clearence room and i am a die hard fishermen and getting back to some good holes wasn't happening with coilovers lol. Anyway i just picked up an 04 blazer with 80k on it. Its 4door 4wd. I love it and couldn't be happier. Now its time to mod a little. I want a body lift but nothing huge. Wheel to wheel nerf bars and bull bars. Full exhaust intake and a tbs. Any reccomendations where i can order all this stuff from? Id like to deal with one shop only. Anyway nice to meet you guys and hope to hear from you!
Welcome, its nice to see you have returned from the dark side lol. Any way yeah, i would do everything becides the tbs. It really doesnt do anything. And when you do the body lift(which will look awsome cuz i have the same thing) i would crank the front keys just a lil bit. You will notice what im talkin about when you get that far
Thanks. For the heads up. Yea i was trying to find anyway i can to up gas milleeage. You aren't the only person that's told me a tbs is pointless so i will take your word for it. What about the jet performance chips? Help at all with mpg?
Well idk about jet?? But i have a superchips micro tuner and man let me tell u big diffrence!!! Not only did mpg go up by 3-4, i noticed firmer shifts, better takeoff's, and you can kill the limiter which was awsome for me!lol. That is the route i would go as for a cai i would go AEM, now i know what your thinkin....thats for imports right? Nope they make a really nice set up for these trucks and they use a dry filter which i personally think is way better than k&n......plus its a lil cheaper.......good luck man and again welcome
