I'll start with the basics, I drive a 89' two door 4x4 with a 4.3 TBI bone stock. It is currently parked due to lost compression from bad rings and the tranny won't shift out of second gear. Relatively soon I will be swapping the motor with a rebuilt 4.3 vortec out of a 94' s10. I haven't decided if I want to throw another 700r4 or replace it with a 350 turbo with a long tail shaft.
Now that y'all know the basics let me tell you a little about myself. I am a Mechanical Engineering major at the local university. I have been working on vehicles since I was old enough to turn a wrench, however I know I don't know everything...yet.
