Hey guys and gals, just checking in. I live in MT. About ten+ years ago I used to be a avid 4 wheeler and loved the first gen S-10 Blazers. I had two (85,88) but totaled both. One was caused by some one else (cop of all things) and I flipped one over backwards which rolled several times before coming to a stop and when I went to retrieve it with a wrecker it had been completely looted (stereo sys, even wheels and tires) and had taken a few hundred rounds from what looked to be an assault rifle. Then my other hobby (motorcycles) took full control of my life and I just haven't had the funds or time to get back into it.
Anyway, I have just acquired a 97 bravada and have some questions which I won't litter up the introduction forum with. But this seems to be the ultimate collection of blazer knowledge so I hope you won't mind me picking your brains for some info.

Thanks for the welcomes. I think I am going to be nice to this one, all though everyone who knows me is saying otherwise. I grabbed a set of leaf springs and a differential seal so it has been sitting in the driveway with a saggy hind end until I can get them in. Next is new rubber then it will be ready to go.
I would post a pic but the saggy rear with highway rubber is down right embarrassing looking. On the up side the previous owners other than a dirt driveway here and there have never taken it off road so this thing is pretty much a virgin. Beautiful paint (black on black) and immaculate interior. Not really my style, I usually am one for function over appearance but I won't complain.
By the way my name is Nate.
Keep the rubber side down!
