Hey, i just joined this site today and it looks like i could learn alot from here

Flat Black Paint Job

I need to do immediately:
Spark Plugs and Wires
Radiator and new hoses
Coolant Resevoir
Belt
AC charge
Master Cylinder and brake booster
Some kind of Intake system

To do in the future:
front fenders
front bumper-----......_____

LSD doors
Shaved Doors
Stearing Wheel

My immediate Goal is to get it running in good condition then ill worry about cosmetic looks

Wow, that's a lot of progress in a few days! That body is pretty gnarly man, are you doing the work yourself or paying for someone else to weld the panels in?

Also... why a 4" cowl hood on a 4.3? Seems pretty excessive, I'd have gone with a 2" one, unless there's a reason I don't see listed?

Haha progress is what im good at.....im a mechanic for Goodyear so i know what im doing. so yes im doing the work myself. my only worry is where im going to get the new panels. Ive searched all over the internet and i cant find them anywhere.

And the reason behind the 4" cowl hood....i had an 88 s15 pickup with a 350 bored over to a 383 and i had that hood on there....so i figured....waste not want not lol.

Ahhhh OK.

As far as the panels, check out lmctruck.com You should be able to get all of the body panels there.

Do yourself a favor and sign up for their catalogues. (or bookmark the site I suppose) very handy thing to have laying around when you've got a lot of work to do like you have.
