Hi - Greetings to all forum members. I've been on another (Classic Volvo) forum for years, and so know how valuable these places can be. Kudos to regular contributors.

I'm looking at buying a '69 Blazer (see pic). I guess the first question is if I have missed something - is there a sub-forum (?) for the oldies??

If anyone recognizes the vehicle - which is in Portland, I believe - chime-in!

I'll wait for a response, then lay out my story.

Welcome to the Forum. See the 'Full Size K5 Tech' for info on the original Blazers. I don't see a pic of the one you're interested in.

Hi. Thanks for sending me over there, I'll have a look!

I loaded a picture, maybe it takes awhile to be approved. I'll check that too.

The purchase is stalled; the owner moved to Germany before we could sort things out. Also, the hardtop disappeared from where he had it stored, so I am looking for a hardtop. It gets COLD up here....

But I'm most looking-forward to driving it with the top down!!
