Default Twin turbo 4.3 vortec 99 Blazer sport LS

Brainstorming my build I have a 99 blazer 2 door ls that came from Colorado 190,000 miles I've got my money saved up and want to fully rebuild the 4.3 to handle more power new intake manifold and going with a fuel rail rear mounting two turbos to the rear bumper and thinking about an astro van drivetrain possibly a front diff off an olds bravada, any and all ideas are welcome and any advice to get this blazer screaming down the track I will be all about thanks

Twin turbos under spare tire on bumper

If you're planning on spending the money and doing the work to remote mount twin turbos, why no just ls swap it, and be done?

This becoming a race-track truck?

And there is more of us out here who build the 4.3 instead of swapping an LS in.

Looking for 400 to 500hp daily driver, once and a while to the track. personally I like the smooth cadence of the 4.3 the truck is already really comfortable to drive it has little rust and underneath the body I have good factory paint it's worth a stock rebuild but I like to go fast so I might as well build the 4.3 and put a couple turbos on for extra bald eagles this great truck is going to be properly freedomized, just got some HP tuning software for this and a couple other trucks my buddies have bottom line fell in love with the truck so let's have some fun throwing $5,000 at it

2 X 43mm Borg Warner turbos are looking good for this, bigger? Smaller? I think it's a good number right ha

Getting 400-500 hp from a V-6 with turbos is relatively easy. Getting a 4.3 V6 even-fire bottom end to live at 400-500 hp is a much bigger problem, not to mention the 4L60e trans. As long as you go into this with eyes wide open and don't mind breaking stuff, go for it!!

I've made some research in the matter of 4L60. Found a detailed info of the person who rebuilt the 4L60 for racing Corvette. Long story short - if You rebuild 4L60 on Sonnax parts, it will be capable of handling such a torque/power. My calculations of the parts for a complete rebuild are estimated around $1k2, without labor.
Here's the link that it actually worked out:
