Yeah First time doing something that deep and assumed I was going to get stuck and didnt want to break anything. Definately have BFG all terrians in the future and some sort of lift come this fall/winter (when i make some money from my coop, in school right now and broke) Yeah definately could of made it the first time had i gave it more gas, and had better tires. I went just as far as the built rigs and followed all the other stock trucks and never got stuck. Did more stuff like that, an entire trail like that, and actually pulled people out, so it wasnt a bad day. Oh I have a pic coming back up for summer classes at the end of june with it 88degrees out and ice on the lake yet.

Guess I deleted the one that had the truck thermometer in it, i dont think it turned out good as I was doing 70 while driving and trying to work the 1.3 megapixel cellphone camera. Whatever the pics above are in Baraga, MI and the outside temp that day was 88 and had been in the 70s the week before.

Heh Nice vid and photos
Not bad for a stock
I took mine out the other day and sure as [BEEP] I forgot my camera <_< My Blazer is stock and I have a little area I play in W. Mass called Bear Hole in W.Springfield... Not a tuff time heading through, just getting in there is tuff with a lower then wanting ride hight... Going over this mound of packed dirt, the frame rails slide up and over the hill LOL

Actually, I'm pretty happy with my Blazer as is... The 30s rock, though, I'm sure I could've done just as well with stock sized tires... It just looks so much better with the 30s! lol.
I'm the only vehicle that hasn't needed to get towed out of anything on all 3 of our outings... Though, I think the Dodge will probably not need help after he gets rid of his bald Rugged Terrains, lol.
And a heavy foot is a must when playing!
muahahahaha!

Well Lenny I'll probably be getting my 33's at the end of the year so if you wantBFG all terrain 31's with a good amount of tread left i would be willing to sell (and deliver cuz im gonna be in wisconsin in the fall hopefully) for cheap. I can speak from experience that they grip much better than stocker street tires so next time you can obliterate that hill

Yeah I just found some pics I took after the experience that show a little more of how dirty the blazer was, I had mud caked on the under side.

RCars2, I might have to take you up on that, let me know what you are thinking for a price and how much tread they got left, I was definitly planning on getting 30's but not sure what I am doing for suspension/lift yet, if i lift i would be really interested in the tires. Then I would just need to recalibrate the speedometer and get an alignment. Oh and I know they grip awesome, my friend has some on his Ranger, and that is practically the most popular tire in the UP, been looking into them for awhile and didnt really get into offroading till last fall and this spring.
PaddleGirl, let me know when you swing by up here and I would love to go and show you some spots or whatever.
