Adventure Race from Europe to Africa

Hi Guys,

after many houres of thinking I've decided to take a part in Budapest-Bamako race in 2013. (http://www.budapestbamako.org/en)
So: I'll take my Blazer :icon_razz: !

Well, I'm new with Blazer stuff but I took a part in off-road races couple of times.

Maybe it is a totally crazy idea, but you know: seeing the Blazer on Sahara dunes - PRICELESS!

So, what are your suggestions:
- which spare parts should I take?
- which mods should I do?
- additional equipment? (like tranny supercooler)

I appreciate ANY suggestions.

Thanks.

Hey,

itīs a great idea.

Are there hard offroad sections?

I think you should have a minimum 2" Suspension lift and 2" bodylift for bigger tires, a Posi-Lok Axle Engagement, some auxiliary lights and a roof rack for equipment.

If your Blazer is a European Model it should have separate Oil Cooler, thats equipped for the frantic european driving style.
