Ahhhhh!

Bad day for the Blazer, went out with another buddy today. I planned only technical hill climbs to better myself as a driver. First hour or so went GREAT, then I really started pushing the limits of the Blazer. Well here are the casualties of the day:

Fuel Pump (Destroyed)
Flex Fan (Destroyed)
Bell Housing (Cracked)
Oil Pump (Failure)
Power Steering (Failure)
Right Back Tire (Rimmed)
Front Quarter Panel (Ripped Off)

More to come... Remember people these machines can only handle so much. If you don't got the money I suggest not pushing any of your limits.

It'll be kinda pricy but since I do most of the work in my backyard and most of the parts I'll just end up gettin used I should be okay. This just gives me more a reason to make at more of a beast tho. Gotta look on the upside of things. It was definitely a good learning experience.

How in the world did you damage all of that stuff??

ghost 05-19-2009 08:21 PM

I honestly don't know how in the world I did all of that stuff. All I know is I towed the rig 24 miles with my Durango using only my tow chain. We spent 4 hours at the park trying to get her to start and she jus wouldn't go. My emergency fluid kit is no longer there due to us trying almost everything in the dirt. 4 mechanics n nothing. Pics tomorrow if I'm able to get off of work early enough.
