Bragging rights

So all I really want to say is, I'm very proud of my Blazer. 3 of us went wheeling this weekend in our usual spot in the N.C./Tenn. Gorge; it was a cold and rainy weekend that we woke up to snow and ice on the trees and cars saturday. There were several sections I noticed a little slippage in but did not think much about it. Later that night I'm playing in a climb out of a mud pit and notice that my front tires aren't grabbing at all and so does my buddy...well to make a long story short, I made it all weekend on some hairy terrain in section...in 2wd. It just made me love these little trucks even more and my buddies were impressed alot; the guy in the F150 spun more than me and the other one in the Landcruiser drug the hitch on everthing, the Blazer was a CHAMP!

I'm pretty sure it's the actuator because I did not break anything and I can hear my transfer case engaging, but no 4x4. Actuators no big deal though, might just do away with it and put a locking cable in. haha, I don't care what the situation is, mine won't get stuck in any 3in puddle! ;)

Mine doesn't get stuck in mud, only on steep inclines when in soft dirt and with the rear diff stuck on a big effin' rock.

haha. my 96 has never been stuck either. and i dont think i could ever get stuck in anything with the new tires i have with the k5. the tread is almost 3" deep!!! now watch ill get stuck in a 3" mud puddle.....

Well without 4 wheel drive you just might. ;)

nope.. i tried!!! even with an open dif and only the rear working i got through where the other trucks would need 4x4 to get through. or they wouldnt even make it at all.

Well I suppose with tires that big you would do better than I would with the 4wd and the G80. I looked at your build and I must say it looks like alot of fun. :)
