Bumper build
 

Can anyone help me with some dimensions for a off road bumper.

Here's some plans from an old post on another forum. No idea if they're accurate, and they dont have any mounting brackets or holes. But at least it's somewhere to start. Take some measurements on your truck and see if the plans are something close enough to work off of

Ok thx. And you think 3/16" plate would work to make it out of?

That would be plenty.

Usually, when I build a bumper, I start with the center section (winch mount or whatever), make the mounting brackets to attach it to the truck, then build the rest of it in place to fit. I kind of make it up as I go.

Did you end up making it with these dimensions? I’m thinking of making one off the same drawing and wondering how it fit if you did.
