does anyone know the answer?
 
i have a 98 blazer and would like to lift it just 2 inches for now. i understand that i need shackels and new shocks but will i need new upper control arms.. my buddy bought a kit for his s-10 and came with new uppers.. is it neccesary to get new ones?:icon_shrug:

You don't really even need new shocks, just shackles for the back, and a torsion bar crank in the front. I've had mine like that with no problem for over a year and a half (knock on wood :icon_wink:)

Word of advice, check out the lifted section for answers.

I'll tell you now though that new UCA's make it easier for the shop to get a good alignment for you. Besides that it's a waste of money...:icon_angel:
