to extreme???
Do you think a 8 inch lift would be to extreme on a blazer?? I figure the short wheel base would make it real top heavy..but i might be wrong??

RE: to extreme???
I've seen a ZR2 (which has a stock 3" lift) with a 51/2" suspension and a 3" body lift so that's 11.5" in lift....It was a show truck though, so I can't say how functional it was, but with 36" tires It was SWEET!

personaly, i wouldent want to be that top heavy on some of the trails i go on

RE: to extreme???
Same here.
I would rather trim sheet metal and keep the lift down to as little as possible. As for the short wheelbase, nope. The K5 and S10 Blazers ahve perfect wheelbases for off-roading. however, ever 2 inches you go up, go out 1". |
RE: to extreme???
You can widen the wheelbase if you wanted to.. That's how my dads Jeep is anyway,
