Friends swampy mud pit=bad ideas
I have no pictures of the tractors being stuck, but we buried a john deere 4020 instantly before we started playin with trucks or the grizzly
Then we decide to get his other john deere 6030 (i think it was that at least) with duals to pull that one out and get stuck 20 ft away after tryin 3 different ways Then we decide to quit messin around and a Massey with duals, and 4x4 out there and pull them both out. That made it look like nothing Everything out there is just pure clay, water, mud, and sucks tires down no matter how big they are We also got a stock height 93 gmc standard cab short box stuck And a 91 ford with 9 inches of lift and 33s. We ruined his tranny on the way back, he filled the water holes on the trail with ATF, only like his 7th tranny now All in all, our half day at school turned into a full day of pulling tractors out |
Lol sounds like my kind of fun
ANY WAYS :icon_worthless: |
sounds like what my friend did back in highschool....with his dads truck... it was an older 80s f250 4x4 that was all built up, 6" lift, 2" body lift, 35s.... sunk it in the mud/water to just about the door handles.... took a huge JD 4x4 tractor to pull it out.... the did a full body job on it after that....

Always wondered how many of you guys who play in mudholes ever thought of snorkeling your tranny vents.
Or differential cases. Or fuel tank vents |
