how could i fix a saggy tbar
|
I love a good challenge.
Was the truck level before you started. did you count the turns each side. Did you disconnect one side of the sway bar first? Only need disc. 1 side. I have no idea where to go from here.. but first thing is I would disconnect the sway bar {be careful!} and then adjust in small increments each side till it sits where you want. PS: bad shocks {one side} will affect height while driving .. not while sitting. Otherwise you couldnt depress them by hand. |
its the lower A-arm 1 sits higher but the truck is level and sway bar is connected
|
I suggest you read my post again and answer those questions and try to understand how sway bars work.
Unless you have {1} a bent frame, OR {2} a bent lower control arm.. In which case.. {1} junk it, {2} get one from a wrecker To put a point on it.. if you jack up one side's torsion bar, then the other side will also lift because of the sway bar. That is why you disconnect it before the TB lift or drop so that each side is bearing its own weight. When you have the front end height where you want it, THEN you reconnect the sway bar. Got it? |
its all good now
