off roading ooopsies!
 

with a couple of buddies out one night at a developing neighborhood near by, my stock blazer, 2 stock nissan exterras.
it was a night after a decent rainfall and we were plowing through some puddles and i came up to one, entered, and it was DEEP. i powered my way through it and felt my rear differential spank on the bottom :eek: get out with 2in of water in the cab :D... on the drive home my rear end was making odd noises and vibrations.
which resulted in the breaking of all 4 spyder AND the ring n pinion gears from hitting my differential.

ouch man not fun

its always a good feeling when you get back on the road and your truck sounds teh saem as when you left it haha

Ha. You're lucky you didn't find a storm sewer ditch or some other underground utility ditch. That'll eat your whole truck.

wow did you damage the housing? if oyu hit hard enough to wreck the gearing then i'm sure there has to be some housing damamge ... we need pics

and biohazed. i only have one picture its on my phone, ill post it. and the housing wasnt to bad suprisingly, i think it hit just right to through the gears outta place =[

hahahaa, as for the xterras....
one clogged an altenator with mud lol, the other didnt hit much, just littlee things here and there... wuss

Haha, I hear they're supposed to be good off-road vehicles... since that's what they were built for lol.
